Michael Joseph Dees Jr., 53 of Crestview, Florida passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025 in Crestview, Florida.
Michael was born on November 28, 1971 in Selma, Alabama to Michael and Bonnie Dees. Michael moved to our area with his family in 1987 from Maplesville, Alabama and has been a resident ever since. Michael was in the construction industry as a trim carpenter and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Michael is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Ruth Dees and Columbus and Thelma Barrett along with many other family members to include aunts and uncles.
Michael is survived by his parents, Michael Joseph Dees Sr. and Bonnie Gale Dees, his son, Brayden Michael Dees, his two daughters, Abigail Renae McCann and Vanessa Mae Dees, his brothers, Matthew Jason Dees and his wife Vivian Dees, Marshal Jonathan Dees Sr. and his wife Christi Dees along with nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Mike was a special guy he meant a lot to us & everyone who knew him. He was so kind hearted, a friend to all. Someone who we could count on day or night. We have so many good memories with him that will last a lifetime. This world got a whole lot dimmer without him in it. Rest in peace old friend. Gone but not forgotten ❤️
