Ramona Mullins, age 74, of Holt, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2025. She was born on April 8, 1951, in Virgie, Kentucky, to James Hassel and Alma Mullins. She moved to Holt, Florida, in 1988 from Louisville, Kentucky. Ramona was a certified nursing assistant for almost 40 years, but she retired as head supply clerk at the Bluewater Bay Manor in Bluewater Bay, Florida. She was a member of Milligan Assembly of God in Milligan, Florida.
Ramona was preceded in death by her father, James Hassel Mullins; her mother, Alma Lillian Mullins; her son, Roman Chadrick Johnson; her brother, Dan Mullins; and her son-in-law, Curtis L. Brown.
She is survived by her daughters, Tammy and Shannon Taylor, and Susan Brown-Hartz and Shawn Hartz; her grandchildren, Jessica and Braxton Moore, Shannon and Sarah Taylor, Preston Taylor, Curstin and D.J. Sikes, Lathem Brown, Kenny Doyle, Gage Hartz, Lana Hartz, Finn Martinez, and Maddox Martinez; her great-grandchildren, Jaden, Colin, and Leland Moore, Keeley Taylor, Brantley, Emersyn, and Bryson Sikes.
She is also survived by her brothers, Kenneth and Annie Mullins, and Roby and Lisa Mullins; her sister, Beverly and William Clary; her sister-in-law, Sharon Mullins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loved ones, friends, and a loving church family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 beginning at 2:30 p.m. at Milligan Assembly of God with Pastor Jesse Jernigan officiating. Burial to follow at Old Bethel Cemetery in Crestview, Florida. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Milligan Assembly of God.
