Anthony “Sac” Wayne Jackson 41, of The Pond Creek Community passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024. Anthony was born on September 2, 1982 in Milton, Florida to Roland and Janet “J.J.” Jackson and has been a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County. Anthony worked in the construction industry as a brick mason for M & E Masonry Inc.
Anthony is preceded in death by his mother, Janet “J.J.” Jackson and his maternal grandparents, Tommy H. and Ruby N. Hinote.
Anthony is survived by his father, Roland Jackson, his son, Dennis M. Jackson, his daughter, Aubrey J. Jackson along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor John Reaves officiating. Burial to follow at Crowder Cemetery at 1811 Crowder Chapel Road, DeFuniak Springs Florida 32433. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

So very sorry to see the passing of Anthony, i always liked him and enjoyed being around his family and friends. I am sure he was welcomed w/ loving arms by his mom JJ who is very much missed. my prayers to his family, he did live life to the fullest and will be missed greatly. RIP
