Jeff Owens, 62, of Holt, FL, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Jeff was born October 29, 1957 in Florala, AL and was a lifelong resident of Holt. He was a 1976 graduate of Laurel Hill School, where he played basketball with their championship team. He was a retired truck driver and was an avid chainsaw carver, he enjoyed the swamp-life, camping, fishing and being outdoors.
Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Caleb & Betty Owens and two brothers: Butch Owens and Brett Owens. He is survived by his wife Robin Owens, two brothers; Mike(Tammy), Eugene, four sisters; Loraine (Joe), Tammy (Dave), Amanda (Charlie), Jeri (Mike), and an niece, who was more like a daughter; Joline (Andy) great nephew, Wyatt and numerous other nieces, nephews, and extended family.

I haven’t seen Jeff in many years but always enjoyed being around him..he was always happy with a big smile and so very funny…I have spent evenings listening to his funny stories and loved repeating them.I am so sorry …my condolences to his family.Roxanne and Robin have spoken of many of his family and I know if I were around them I would love them also.
