Eddie Ray Moore 35, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024 peacefully at home with family at his side.
Eddie Ray was born on September 9, 1989 in Altus, Oklahoma and moved to our area in 2006 and has been a resident ever since. He was a Crestview High School graduate and a security officer for First Service Residential.
Eddie is preceded in death by his father,Dana Moore and his grandmother, Ellen Lawhorn.
Eddie is survived by his mother Mikey Moore, his daughters, Kyla Moore and Kaliyah Moore, his uncles, Glen Lawhorn, Paul Lawhorn and Alman Lawhorn, his aunts, Annette Lawhorn, Linda Lawhorn and Anna Vela, his grandfather, Rufus Lawhorn along with extended family and friends.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service at 480 East James Lee Blvd. Crestview, Florida 32539
