Alma Lillian Mullins, age 98, of Laurel Hill, joined her Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 15, 2024.  She was born on January 22, 1926 in Pike County, Kentucky to Roby L & Mary Marie Mullins, where she was raised. She and her late husband moved to our area in 1982 from Kentucky. Alma was a Homemaker and enjoyed sewing and quilting. A woman of unwavering Faith, she was a longtime member of the Old Regular Baptist of Jesus Christ Church..
She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Mullins
She is survived by her children Dan & Sharon Mullins, Ramona Mullins, Kenneth & Annie Mullins, Roby & Lisa Mullins, Beverly & William Clary, Tammy & Shannon Taylor and Susan & Shawn Hartz
Numerous grandhildren, great grandchildren and a precious little namesake on the way Mia Lillian, along with a host of nieces and nephews
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00PM, Monday, February 19, from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor Jim Skates officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

I’m so sorry to hear of Aunt Alma’s passing. She was a strong Christian woman. She always treated me kindly, even when I didn’t deserve it. My prayers and condolences for my cousins.

I was so sad to her my great grandmother passed on the 15th and when i herd i fell apart, and now that i know that she is in a better place and can live at peace knowing that she’s in heaven with my pawpaw ( her late husband). i thought t hat the lord told me to speaks and her being beside me even when she not with me makes me feel a lot better knowing she’s in my life.:)
