Billy Gene Grace, 71 of Crestview Florida passed away on Saturday September 25, 2021. Billy was born on November 12, 1949 to Broward and Margie Grace in Crestview and was a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County. Billy was retired from Okaloosa County School Board Pest Control and attended the Crestview Mennonite Church. During his retirement, Billy enjoyed singing and playing guitar at his church. Weekly he would play bluegrass and old honky tonk music for the elderly at the Community Center. Billy was known as being a prankster who loved to laugh.
Billy was preceded in death by his granddaughter Summer Kaitlyn.
Billy is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Grace, two children, William E. Grace, Brandy J. Grace Jones, grandchildren, Billy Gene Grace Jr., Kaitlynn Grace, Joshua Grace, McKayla Grace, McKenzie Grace, brother Howard (Elizabeth) Grace, two sisters, Cathy Grace, Dorothy Atwell, Francis Ziglar and multiple nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 beginning at 2:00pm, at Live Oak Baptist Church Cemetery 4565 Live Oak Church Road Crestview Florida, with Wayne Pitts officiating.

So sorry that you didn’t pull through that horrible sickness. Guess God needed you with him more than leaving you with his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Billy passing away. This year has not been a good or kind year for a lot of us and you have suffered more than your share. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family! I thank God that you pulled thru that sickness – it really is hard to get over and I was lucky enough not to have to go to hospital!
