Brian Scott McLelland born January 21, 1974, in Opp, Alabama passed away October 1, 2021. Brian was a lifelong resident of Baker, Florida, and a 1992 Baker High School graduate. Brian was a heavy equipment operator with Santa Rosa County and a member of Rock Creek Assembly of God. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and Alabama football. His main passion was spending time with his family, wife, daughters, grandson and his four-legged companion, Bo.
Brian is preceded in death by his sister, Casey Reeves and his grandmother, Doris McLelland.
Brian is survived by his wife, Regina McLelland (Baker Florida), daughters, Caitlin (Dustin) Harlan (Heflin Alabama), Madison Rutledge, grandson, Kayson (Little Man) Harlan, father, Rex (Terri) McLelland, mother, Virginia Reeves, grandfather, J.D. McLelland, aunt and uncle, Carolyn and Tommy Godwin, Niece, Alexis Joye, Nephews, P.J. and Hayden Joye, father in law, Larry (Pat) Peacock, mother in law, Margie (Terry) Hines, stepbrother, Justin (Shana) Lawson, stepsister, Shelly (Todd) Daniel along with numerous cousins and many friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021, beginning at 2:30 PM, from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service, with Reverend David Elliott officiating. Burial to follow at Pyron Chapel Cemetery 6498 William Gary Johnson Road, Baker Florida 32531. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 9th from 1:30 – 2:30 pm at the funeral home.
