Carolyn Pugh age 72 of Crestview, Florida passed away on November 23, 2020 in the comfort of her own home. Carolyn was born in West Bay/Panama City, Florida on November 25, 1947 and moved to Crestview in 1958. She was a homemaker and attended Welcome Assembly of God Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents Dorothey Lindsey and Horace Roland. Her husband Pierce Pugh, three brothers Dave (D.L.) Roland, Joe Dukes, and Ray Roland and one sister Jeanette Waddel.
Carolyn is survived by two sons Kenneth D. Pugh, late wife Annette Pugh, William P. Pugh, wife Paula Pugh. As well as, two daughters Regina L. King, husband Robert H. King and Judith A. Shackleford, husband Kevin R. Shackleford. One brother Ralph Roland and one sister Kathy Murphy. Seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren multiple nieces and nephews.
Flowers are appreciated or contributions to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
Funeral Services will be held November 27, 2020 at The Chapel of Brackney Funeral Services, with Pastor Tony Shackleford officiating. Services will begin at 11:00AM, and the family will receive friends one hour prior.

I was so sorry to read that Ms. Carolyn had passed. She will be missed so much. I still remember all the fun times we had at Curves & Relay for Life’s we did together.
