Donald Burton Tillery, 91, of Holt, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2023. He was born on April 28, 1932, in Phenix City, Alabama, to the late Bernard and Agnes Tillery.
Donald served in the U.S. Navy as a Boatswain’s Mate and later worked as a truck driver for many years. He was a gentle man who loved wildlife and dogs. He also enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family and friends. He was a proud member of the Masons and the Shriners.
He is survived by his two grandchildren, Keith Martin, and Tina Tillery; his two great-grandchildren, Fiona Martin and Michael Martin; and his sister, Judith Bartel.
A service will be held at Brackney Funeral Service on January 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
