Gerald George Drenski 88, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023. Gerald was born on September 24, 1935 in Kewaunee, Wisconsin to Vincent and Clara Drenski. After joining the military, Gerald traveled all over the world moving to Okaloosa County in 2004 from Alaska.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and Vietnam Era, along with American Legion Post 75 membership. Gerald enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and traveling to the Philippines.
Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Clara Drenski, his brothers, Martin, Alexander, Stanley and Nick Drenski and two sisters, Helen Hood and Theresa Dupont.
Gerald is survived by his wife, Lilia Drenski, his daughter, Miquelle Holstein (William), four step-children, Jiolito Labareno, Danilo Labareno , Jocelyn Labareno, Renaldo Labareno, two brothers, Vincent and Casimer Drenski, his sister, Maryann Seaberg and two grandchildren, Adrew and Alethia Holstein.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 beginning at 10 am at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida with Father Roy Marien officiating.
Everyone will meet at Olive Baptist Church – Warrington Campus, 103 Winthrop Avenue Pensacola, Florida at 09:30.

Jerry placed his daughter’s hand in mine at our wedding nearly 30 years ago. He was always supportive of me and encouraged me when I needed it. Jerry was quick-witted with his humor – his eyes would sparkle when he told a joke and I will always remember his belly laugh.
