Helen Louise Cunningham, 81, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in Crestview, Florida.
Helen was born on August 29, 1943, in the Bronx Borough of New York City, N.Y. to Ernest and Helen Schrader. Helen moved to Okaloosa County in 1965 and has been a resident of Crestview for the last 34 years.
Helen was employed as a Civil Service Contract Specialist with the U.S.A.F. at Eglin AFB until she retired in 2004.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Helen Schrader, her brother Ernest Schrader Jr, and her daughter Judith Marie Young.
Helen is survived by her husband, Bernard A. Cunningham, her sister Eleanor Santini, her son Roy (Michelle) Barbour and five grandchildren; Hunter and Madison Barbour, Daniel (Dixie), Roberto (Damaris), and Emilio Gonzales and six great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, beginning at 1:00 PM at the Crestview Elks Lodge #2624 in Crestview, Fl.
