Jackie D Lunsford, 79 of Crestview, FL passed away, Sunday, August 23, 2020. Jackie Was born July 14, 1941 in DeFuniak Springs, FL, he was raised and lived most of his life in Crestview, FL. Jackie retired from the Okaloosa County School Board, after 27 years of faithful service, he was also a member of Auburn Pentecostal Church, and he loved to fish.
Jackie is survived by his wife Shirley Lunsford, son Jackie R “L.R.†Lunsford, his step-children with his previous wife Emma Lunsford, Jim Darby (Dawn), Jackson Darby, Nipal Bellmonde, David Darby, Charlie Darby, Step children Charlotte Morales, Tonya Courtney, Sonya Odom, his brothers Jessie Lunsford, Dwayne Lunsford, Ronnie Lunsford, Robert Lunsford, sisters Laura Mae Barlow, Barbara Strickland, Mary Hall, eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday, August 27th at Auburn Pentecostal Church, beginning at 10am with Pastor Ron Williamson officiating, burial will take place at Campground Cemetery, Westville, FL. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 am at the Church.
