It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Molen Cox, 50, on Sunday, May 9th, 2021 in Crestview, FL.
Jacki was born in Wichita Falls, TX at Sheppard AFB. During her father’s military career, she lived in TX, the Philippine Islands, Alaska, and Florida. In Alaska she enjoyed 3 wheeling and summer camp with friends and horses. She loved all animals, especially her dogs.
She graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School and later earned her Master’s degree from Troy State University.
Jacki suffered from depression since her teens, but she was a kind, generous and loving soul.
She is survived by her parents Jim and Jean Molen, son Christopher Cox, and lifelong family friend Patricia Morris, all of Crestview, FL.
Jacki left us too soon, but she is now in God’s loving hands. Jacki will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
There will be no services, and Jacki will be buried in the family cemetery in Kentucky.
If you wish to honor her memory, please support animal welfare, mental health and addiction issues.
We appreciate Brackney Funeral Home for their kind and efficient help with all of our family arrangements over the years. They have been wonderful
