Oh my heart sank when I saw his name! One of my all time favorite teachers for way back in the day. He taught me how to drive a tractor at school and started my love for equipment. My heart goes out to Mrs Jene and their children. May the good lord help you all through this difficult time

R.i.p Bradley I always loved going to agg class and mostly goofing off, I will never forget how you would take your thumb and grind my snuff into my teeth when you noticed that I had a dip in my mouth but you never turned anyone in. I really hate that you passed away

I will never forget his smile and shock when I came to see him at rehab while visiting my family this summer. His eyes were so bright and his smile made me smile. He wanted to know if I had really come back to see him and the truth is, I had. Uncle Jeff is one of the few men besides my father and my grandfather who truly saw gold in me. He saw me at my worst and at my best. Most importantly, he saw what I could be when I couldn’t see it. In FFA, he challenged me to take part in a public speaking contest and I won. He told me I was born to either be in politics or a dynamic public speaker. He said I had a way with words. The truth is he had a way with words. I got into politics just like he said I would and became an author. His words breathe life into me at a time when I didn’t think I had much time to live. I loved that man more than words could say. There are many funny things that I remember. I remember the pliers in his pocket as well as the screwdriver. I remember him trying to chase cows with his bull whip . I remember how he could get aggravated really quickly and say a string of curse words but for me that was all part of Uncle Jeff. The man, the myth, the legend. He was legendary to me and I will never forget him as long as I live. There are so many different stories and things I could say about Uncle Jeff but I think that I’ll use only one word to sum up exactly who he was to me and that word is impactful!! Though at times he was misunderstood by others, I never misunderstood his intentions or his love for me. I will always remember his love and care for me and I will pass it on to those around me in the same way that he poured his life out for the community of Baker, Florida. I will see you again someday in Heaven.
