Kais Khader Daoud, 25 of Crestview, Florida passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022. Kais was born in Brandon, Florida on May 30, 1996, to Khader Daoud and Dora Sigler. His family relocated to Okaloosa County when he was an infant from Tampa Florida and was a resident ever since. Kais was a 2014 Baker Gator graduate who loved hunting and fishing. He was a roofing contractor for Platinum Roofing and a member of Milligan Assembly of God.
Kais is survived by his wife of eight years, Miranda Daoud, his parents, Khader Daoud and Dora Sigler, his brother, Joseph Hardwick and his sister, Lena Daoud.

So sorry to hear of Kias’s passing. There are no words that will give you much comfort. I could say the old cliche line “He is in a better place” but speaking from experience that is about the worst thing anyone could say to you right now, as I’m sure you will feel that the only better place he needs to be is right here on earth with you. Know that alot of people just don’t know what to say. I can only say to you, take your time to grieve, get mad…get pissed off, but ALWAYS speak his name, always speak of all the wonderful memories you created with him. In time you will be able to do that and actually smile, in time you will find talking about him and your memories actually bring you comfort, in time when you think of your life together it wil bring you peace, IN TIME. Until then lean hard on your friends, your family, and who or whatever is your higher power. Let them carry you in your time of grief, remember it’s not for you they choose to do that its for them, to show you the unconditional LOVE they have for you.
