Jack Flanders, 73 of Baker, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 peacefully at his home.
Jack was born on June 20, 1949, in Dublin, Georgia to Marvin and Florence Flanders. Jack moved to the Florida Panhandle in 1995 and was employed by Southside Elementary School and retired with the Okaloosa County School District. He enjoyed steak night at Gum Creek Lodge Lodge with his friends and selling tickets to family & friends. Jack was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing & hunting and was a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan who is ranked #1 at this time.
Jack is survived by his wife, Cindy Flanders, his four children, A.J. Flanders (Lara), Casey Flanders, Kali Faulkner (Curtis) and Christina Whitfield (Michael) and three grandchildren, Zada Sparks, Summer Whitfield and Kinley Faulkner.
A memorial service will be held at Gum Creek Lodge – 5804 Buckward Road Baker, Florida on Sunday November 13, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor David Vail officiating.

Jack was one of the most pleasant person’s I have ever met and had the pleasure to know. Heaven is happy to have such a nice man there and this world is worse off without him in it.
