Patricia Watson Greene

Patricia Watson Greene 80, passed away April 6, 2024 in Crestview, Florida. Patricia was born in Lenox, Georgia to Caulie F. and Lizzie Watson.

Patricia was a 1964 graduate of Santa Fe High School in Alachua, Florida. She went on to earn a Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma from Douglas MacArthur Vocational-Technical College in Opp, Alabama in 1992. Her entire career was spent in Skilled Nursing Care until she retired in 2014. She dedicated her life to caring for others. Her patients and her family.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Caulie F. Watson and Lizzie Watson. Brothers Gary Watson, Franklin “Junior” Watson, and James G. “Buddy” Watson. Husband Leon “Buck” Greene. And Grandson Chad Broxson Sr.

Patricia is survived by daughters Robin Strickland (Kenny Strickland) and Alison Broxson. Adopted son Randy Broxson. Grand children Amanda Bitner (William Bitner), Dylan Smith (Tobbie Smith), Sydney Inscore (Bradley Inscore). Adopted grandson Taylor Harper. Great-Grandchildren Coraline Smith, Little Chad & River Broxson, Lillian Bitner, Braylie & Dakota Batson, Raina & Sophia Harper. Brothers Glenn Watson and Jerry Watson. Sister Bobbie Boot. Sister-in-laws Frances Watson and Sandy Watson.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Crestview Rehabilitation Center.

A funeral will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 beginning at 5:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor Marc King officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday April 12, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
