Phil is a great man who always greeted people with a big smile and warm heart. He is a faithful follower of our Savior and is enjoying a sweet reunion with family and friends who passed before him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Sue and family during this tender, but temporary, separation. LeAnn and I each of you dearly.

Brother Parker (Phil) was one of the good men of the world. He was a friend to me and to my husband. My heart is weeping for his family but joyful for him as he now rests with his Savior. Words cannot express my feelings for this wonderful man.

Phil was always so kind and sweet to us. We loved him and all his family. We was a friend that you could ask a favor and know it would get done. I know you all will miss him but know he is happy with family he has not seen in a all time, Take comfort in that and the fact that he loved you all so much. Please know that if you need anything call. Nell or Grace
