Thomas Ray Cason, 71 of Fort Walton Beach Florida, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021, at home. Mr. Cason was born in Defuniak Springs Florida on September 24, 1950, to Lee Thomas and Lola Mae Cason. Thomas was a graduate of Crestview High School and Troy University.
He enjoyed a career in entertainment including:

Marketing Director, Lake Lanier Islands, Georgia
Bay County Director of Tourism, Panama City Beach, Florida
Retired Marketing, Services Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Eglin AFB, Florida
Thomas was employed at the Air Force Armament Museum, on Eglin AFB in Florida, he was also a member of First Baptist Church in Crestview Florida, Troy University Alumni Association in Troy Alabama, Air Force Armament Museum Board of Directors, Fort Walton Beach Stage Crafters Board of Directors, Shriner at Hadji Temple in Pensacola Florida.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Lola Mae Ray Cason, and Lee Thomas Cason.
Thomas is survived by his sisters, Shirley Cason (Steve) Hays, Bonita Cason (Harvey) Dildy, his nieces and nephews, Brittany Dildy, Lee Dildy, Lee (Mandy) Dildy, Stan (Anne) Hays, a great niece and four great nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021, beginning at 2:00 p.m., from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service, with The Randy Jenkins officiating. Burial to follow at Live Oak Park Memorial Cemetery in Crestview Florida. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 18th from 1 to 2 pm at the funeral home. Flowers are acceptable or a donation to the charity of your choice.
