Bill was a great man! He and I worked on the Main Street program together hand and hand when I was president of the Crestview Main Street Association. He was very intelligent and proved his knowledge during our time working together. He was the director and I was the president. We decided to limit the entries on the Main Street Parades due to safety and comfort of viewing. He was instrumental in having Crestview Historic District created. He took pictures and wrote all the history significance of buildings and sent it to the Federal Government for review and getting out Historical District approved. He will be missed by many. May God have a place for him to enjoy eternity! My prayers go out to the family. God bless you Bill. Mickey
