Please accept my most sincere condolences. I am praying for Rosia and the Family that God strengthen you with his Grace during this most challenging time. I first met Bill in the Telemetry Ground Station at BOSS (New Hampshire Tracking Station) located at New Boston, NH, in October 1968. He was the PCM Decomm Driver and I was the FR-1600 Driver on many PCM Bird passes. Bill was also a shift supervisor while I was at BOSS. Since we both grew up in Pennsylvania we spent a lot of time talking about PA and his fishing trips as well. I know later Bill became the COO at HULA if my memory serves me right. RIP Bill.

I was surfing the internet for old Luthersburg school mates when I found this. Bill was my best friend and neighbor. I’ve been in Florida 45 years & wish I’d known Bill lived here. I’ll look for him in heaven. My deepest sympathies.
