Cory Lee Fechner 34, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023.
Cory was born on January 13, 1989, in Fitzgerald, Georgia to Fred and Debra Fechner. He moved to Okaloosa County in 2012 and has been a resident ever since. Cory owned Emerald Shores Flooring LLC and was a member of Hope City Community Church. He was an avid boater who loved fishing and spending time with his family.
Cory is preceded in death by his mother, Debra Fechner.
Cory is survived by his wife, Lisa Elizabeth Fechner, his two children, Taylor and Harrison Fechner, his father, Frederick Fechner, his father and mother-in-law, James Hoisington (YangSun), his brother, Keith Fechner (Jessica) and his sister, Kim Gilbert (Scott).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. from The Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor Josh Neel officiating. Burial to follow at Old Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
