L.R. “Buster” Williams, age 78, of Crestview, passed away Thursday, May 11. Buster was born on January 1, 1945, in Laurel Hill, Florida to Lemuel and Mary Williams. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and received the National Defense Service Medal. Buster was a Cowboy, he enjoyed betting on horse races, dominos and spending time outside planting tomatoes and feeding his fish.
Buster was preceded in death by his parents.
survivors include 2 daughters Mary McGraw and Cena Parr
a son Byron Terry
a sister Brenda Franklin
7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, May 20, from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor Bill Franklin officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

RIP Mr. Buster. Rest Easy now and fly High…My ❤️ and condolences are with his children BJ and Cena and Mary and family. May you all receive some sort of peace and understanding and comfort at this time of loss. Now he has no more pain.
