I’m not quite sure what to say. Bud was a great person,a great friend, a great ,husband , brother, dad and grandpa. He has always been a great role model and someone to look up to. He would make time to help you with a problem or give you much needed advise. I’ve always been proud of the man he had become. I’ve always have been and always will be proud to say he’s my brother. I’ll always love him. The only regret is I didn’t have the chance to say goodbye. I say goodbye to him now and I love you.

Dawn and family,
I know words can do little to heal the hurt you’re experiencing with the loss of this great man. I am so sorry for your loss. It was a pleasure serving with Bud in the USAF-it’s a shame very few will know about the excellent work he did. I’m proud to be able to call him friend and I can’t begin to explain what a huge impact ‘Mother Toth’ had on my recovery.

Life is so very unfair:
What moves through us is a silence, a quite sadness, why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say goodbye, but little by little we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. You will be missed and not forgotten.

I had the pleasure of serving in the USAF with Bud in the late 1970s into the early 1980s. He was a great companion and a solid B-52 gunner.

My heart aches for his family and all those who knew him. I regret being unable to travel to meet his family and attend his service. I have only great memories of him.

Dawn,
Am struggling to put into words how sad I feel for your loss. Bud was taken in the prime of his life, just when y’all were making plans to travel more and spend more time on the boat. Sometimes life is so unfair. Hugs to you, my friend, and prayers for comfort and peace.
