Billy Joseph Parker Sr. 61, of Niceville, FL. Passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents; Martha Ann Brown and Richard Parker, brother; Jeff Parker, sister; Clara Jo Parker. He is survived by his loving wife Cuba Laverne Parker, children; Kimberly Parker, Katie Parker, Billy Joseph Parker Jr., and Michelle Parker, sister; Debra Konkel, brother; Bobby Parker, 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 5 nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Friday, June 26th from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
