Chenella Elaine Priest, 50 of Crestview, passed away Saturday, June 19th, 2021, at North Okaloosa Medical Center with her family by her side. Mrs. Priest was born August 10th, 1970 in Calcutta, India. She has been a resident of Okaloosa County now for the past seven years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, entertaining friends and fishing.
Chenella is survived by her husband, Chris Priest and pup, Sylar. Her parents, Maurice and Elaine Hacker, two sisters, Marianne Martinez (husband Oscar) and Marion Herbertson (husband James), nephew Misael Martinez and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 26th, 2021, beginning at 1:00pm, from the chapel of Brackney Funeral Service, with Pastor Jim Brown officiating.

My deepest condolences to Chris family and friends. I can’t believe she passed, keep her memories with you. A part of you went with her. Chell is not in any pain Lord Jesus took that away from her. Our Lord saw her suffering for to long, with Covid-19, took her home. Thank you sharing photos of her joy she bought all of us she touched. She enjoyed fishing outdoors so much again sharing with Dri, or Chris. Dri and Mickey also feels the loss of a fantastic friends. In Christ name we pray for strength and Peace. May Chell Rest in Peace. God Bless

My sincere condolences Chris. Chell was a good loving friend with a huge heart. Specially to my sister and my family. May God provide all the comfort to you Chris. Our family will always be there for you with our doors open if you need it. May Chell rest in peace.
