Dorethea E Woods, 84 of Holt, Florida passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020. Dorethea was born June 04, 1936 in Holt and was a live long resident. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Holt, she enjoyed ceramics and working in her flowers and family genealogy. She also volunteered at the Baker Block Museum and the bereavement committee of First Baptist Church of Holt and a member of Senior Citizen Circle of Crestview, FL
Dorethea is preceded in death by her husband Don Woods, parents Ilie and Eula Griffith. She is survived by her three sons and their families, Gary Woods (Mary), Dwayne Woods (Sybil), Ronald Woods (Amette), one brother, Charles Griffith (Windy), six grandchildren, Jason Woods (Tene), Heather Bowness (Jeremy), Michelle Woods, Josh Woods, Katelyn Snow (Cody), Jacob Woods, and 15 great grandchildren, Lane Riley Woods, Destenie Woods, Haley Jade Fountain, Rori Snow, Damon Thomas, Lydia Woods, and Jackson Bowness, Dakota Snow, Tristen Woods, Tyndall Woods, Tanner Woods, Madilyn Rutherford, Cohen Snow, and Camryn Woods.
The family will be holding a private service on Monday. Mrs. Woods will be laid to rest to Old Holt Cemetery.
