George L. “Jody” Cain, Jr., 53, of Navarre, FL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at his residence.
Born March 4, 1968, in Geneva, AL, Jody was the son of the late George L. Cain, Sr., and Brenda Gayle Cain.
Jody loved music. He enjoyed his time outdoors, and spending time on the Blackwater River. He loved fishing and camping, loved his pups, and enjoyed working in his garden. Jody loved sports and couldn’t wait to watch the Alabama Crimson Tide play football on Saturdays in the fall. Jody was a friend to so many, and he never met a stranger.
He is survived by his companion, Jennifer Greene, his mother, Brenda Cain, sister Pamela Calhoun and her husband Bobby, a brother, Jonathan Cain, sister Amy Ryals and her husband, Captain Brent Ryals. Jody had three beautiful daughters, Erika Kitchens of Alpharetta, GA, Madison Cain and Isabella Cain, both of Milligan, FL. He is also survived by his beautiful niece, Addie Cain, and two beautiful grandchildren, Ezra and Nash Kitchens.
