Glen Douglas Simons, 65, passed away peacefully at his home in Crestview, Florida, on May 29, 2021 with his loving wife and daughter at his side.
Glen was retired from ExxonMobil. He spent his years working overseas and enjoyed visiting the many countries in which he worked. An avid camper, his favorite camping spot in the world was Big Bend National Park in west Texas. He had a love for ham radios and was a ham radio operator. He enjoyed spending time with his family by their pool and hanging out with his wife and friends at their special spot, Hidden Lake Resort in Jay, Florida.
Glen is preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Simons and his father, Lynn Simons. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Bridget Simons, daughter Anna Simons, stepson William Delahoussaye, brother Gary Simons and wife Jill, niece Shelby Simons, and nephew Rhodes Simons.
He was loved and we will always carry your memory in our hearts.
