Hunter Glenn Carmichael 22, of Holt, Florida passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024. Hunter was born on September 22, 2001 in Tallahassee, Florida to Burl Carmichael and Kimberly Hardy Jenkins. After moving to our area when he was a young, Hunter has been a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding four wheelers.
Hunter is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry and Wanda Carmichael.
Hunter is survived by his parents, Kim Jenkins and Burl “Chip” Carmichael, three brothers, four sisters and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Hunter was definitely one of a kind. He was an amazing friend and cousin. He’s gonna be missed dearly by many. Aunt Tiny I will continue to keep you in my prayers. Just remember that you have a special guardian angel now. He could make anyone laugh when they didn’t even feel like smiling and would light any room he walked into. Love you and miss you Hunter. Please keep an eye out on all of us down here and we will see you soon. Don’t catch all the fish before we get there. Rest easy we will take it from here.
