Ivey Mae Morrisey, age 83, of Crestview, went home to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 22. She was born in Holt on March 5, 1937 and was a lifelong resident. She retired from Crestview Apothecary after 25 years of loyal service as a Pharmacy Tech. Mae was a graduate of Baker High School and a faithful member of Milligan Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ivey Lonza Harlson & Jessie M Harlson and a brother W.E. Harlson
Survivors include her husband of 64 years Joe J. Morrisey
Children Donna Joreen Smith & the late Michael William Smith
Linda Mae Hughes & Lance Hughes
Gary Joe Morrisey & Sandy Morrisey
1 brother Douglas Harlson & Rosa Harlson
1 sister Maxine Nichols
5 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild
A Homegoing celebration will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 2, from the Milligan Assembly of God with Pastors Mike White & Ron Williamson officiating. Burial will follow in the Almarante Cemetery.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 on Wednesday.
