James Ronald “Ronnie†Owen, Sr., 69, of Crestview, FL, passed away, Saturday, April 18, 2020. Ronnie was born December 16, 1960 in Valparaiso, FL, he was a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County. Ronnie retired from engineering with the Okaloosa County Road Dept.
He is preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Owen, his parents, The Rev. Berry J. Owen, Sr. and Freida Owen. He is survived by two brothers, Berry J Owen, Jr. and John G Owen, and one sister, Fay Owen.
Ronnie will be laid to rest at Rock Creek Cemetery with his son and parents.
