Jimbo Newton, age 71 of Escambia Farms, passed away Tuesday May 21st. He was born May 06, 1953 in Crestview, FL and was a lifelong resident of Escambia Farms.
Jimbo worked as a mechanic until he retired and loved his garden and cooking for his family.
He is preceded in death by his mother Shirley Beck, a brother Leroy (Buddy) Newton, and a sister Missouri Mae Newton. Jimbo leaves behind two sisters Boots Spicer & husband Jay and Sue Jane McCombs. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family including special nephew Phillip Spicer, Aunt Vivian Lee, Uncle Quinton Beck, and Uncle Pebo Beck.
A graveside service will be held at Red Oak Cemetery in Baker, FL Friday, May 24 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Jerry Hutchinson officiating.
