Marvin Daniel “Danny” Creech Jr.

Marvin Daniel “Danny” Creech Jr. 63, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 peacefully at his home.

Danny  was born on February 9, 1961 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to Marvin and Jane Creech.  He has been a life long resident of Crestview and Milligan who worked for Okaloosa County for many years in Mosquito Control and then to work with Wilkerson Septic.

Danny was a baptist by faith and a proud member of the NRA, and the North American Fishing Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing solitaire and watching old westerns. Danny was a quick learner and a jack of all trades, he loved his family and will be missed by all.

Danny is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Daniel (Pappy) Creech Sr., and his two brothers, Marty and Sam Creech.

Danny is survived by his mother, Jane Creech, his three children, Brandy Kinsey, Clifford Daniel Creech and April Kay Menjivar, his brother, Steve Creech his sister, Darlene Creech Brown, his special niece, Amber (Hopper), his six grandchildren, Dustin, Michelle, Tristen, Katie June, Gabriel and Selena along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 beginning at 11;00 a.m. from the Chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor Charles Smith officiating. Burial to follow at Milligan Cemetery on Old River Road in Milligan, Florida. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
