Pauline M. Wright (Polly) died on April 29, 2020, at her home in Crestview, FL.
Funeral mass will be Monday, May 4, at 10 a.m. (CDT) at Our Lady of Victory Church, 550 Adams Drive, Crestview, live streamed on Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/OLVparishCrestview and available later on olvnow.com/liturgy

Mrs. Wright was born in 1929, in New Castle, PA, where she married Eugene R. Wright in 1950. They raised their family in St. Petersburg, FL, where she worked for 26 years for GTE and was active in the American Business Women’s Association. She retired to Sun City Center where she was a volunteer at South Bay Hospital and a member of Culinary Angels for Prince of Peace Catholic Church. She was a committed member of her local Catholic church, most recently Our Lady of Victory. She contributed to books detailing her family genealogy and wrote “The Wright Side” column for the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club newsletter.
Mrs. Wright is survived by her three children, Cynthia Vines (Dan) and Eugene Wright (Paula) of Crestview and Janet Baxter (John), of DeLand, FL, eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, her brother Michael Yannucci (Margie) of Boardman, OH, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years and will be interred with him at Barrancas National Cemetery at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Covenant Care Hospice, 220 Eglin Pkwy NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547.

So sorry to hear about Ms.Polly, I enjoyed my talks with Mr. and Mrs. Wright just weeks before Mr. Wright’s death. Very lovely, and sweet couple.
