Stanley D Harlson, 91 of Holt passed away Monday, January 27, 2020. Stanley was born December 31, 1928, in Munson, FL., he was a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County. Stanley owned and operated Stan’s Roofing until his retirement, he was a member of Shady Grove Assembly of God, and a Veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed woodworking and hunting.
Stanley is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Harlson. He is survived by his son, David Harlson (Debbie), daughter, Doris Whitehead (Hup), sister, Dean Galloway (Rusty), three grandchildren, Robbie Smith (Jennifer), Dana Wells (Kevin), Destiny Harlson-McDonald (Darius), and numerous great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Shady Grove Assembly of God, beginning at 10:00am with Pastors Julian Walker and David Harlson officiating. Burial to follow at Shady Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday January 31, 2020 from 6 to 8 pm at Brackney Funeral Service.
