Woodrow James Foley

Woodrow James Foley age 60 passed away Tuesday July 27th with family at his side. Nicknamed “Little Woody” was born in Florala Alabama on April 8th 1961. He was a professional stucco finisher and a talented construction worker in all trades. He enjoyed life, fishing and cooking up his special recipes. He will always be remembered for going out of his way to entertain everyone with his wide open, 90 to nothing, fun attitude, making bon fires and just plain making everyone laugh. He is preceded in death by his parents Helen and Woodrow Foley. He is survived by his two children Brittney Foley Taylor, son James Woodrow Foley Jr.: A girlfriend of 24 years Marylyn Simmons and Four brothers: Terry, Freddie, Tommey and Phillip Foley: Two Sisters, Inez Maria Price and “Sissy” Betty Carnley: Two grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of his life to be held at the Brackney Funeral Home Chapel on Aug.2nd at 3pm till 5pm. Plans to be announced for a Fish Fry and Great Memory Celebration of his Life at a later date at his favorite fishing hole, Lake Jackson, Alabama.
